Can I order jewelry as an end consumer?
Livinci sells exclusively to resellers.
I have already created an account, but I still cannot order.
We need to check whether you are really an entrepreneur. Once the check is successfully completed, you can place an order.
Is there a minimum order value?
Yes, the minimum order size is €50 plus VAT and shipping.
Do you have a showroom?
We have an exhibition at our company headquarters. Please note that this can only be visited by appointment. Appointments can be made at info@livinci.eu or 05921-879177.
Is VAT included in the prices?
Since we are a wholesaler, all prices are exclusive of VAT. If you need to pay VAT, you will see this in your shopping cart where it will be added.
What is the delivery time of my order?
We aim to ship orders received and paid for before 2 p.m. on the same working day. Orders placed later, on weekends or on public holidays will be shipped the next business day.
How will my order be shipped?
Your order will be sent via parcel service. If it is not possible to deliver your package, you will receive a notification from the courier with instructions for a new delivery date.
Can I have my order delivered to a different address?
Of course! Please enter the delivery address in your order.
I made a mistake with my order. What can I do?
You are personally responsible for providing the correct information. But you are welcome to contact our customer service at info@livinci.eu. We will then check how we can come to a solution. Or by phone at 05921-879177.
Can I use Livinci's photos?
After consultation with us, you are welcome to use our product images. Please send us a request with a link to your website or social media account.
